Mission Statement

Our mission is to empower individuals and communities to build sustainable peace, deepen democratic governance, and promote the protection of human rights. We are committed to creating an inclusive Liberia where justice prevails, civic participation is strengthened, and no one is left behind.

Our Vision

We envision a peaceful, democratic, and inclusive Liberia where every voice is heard, every right is respected, and every citizen has the opportunity to thrive. Our work is guided by the principles of equality, justice, and participation, ensuring that our efforts contribute to a brighter and more sustainable future.

Our Philosophy

At CEPEBUD, we believe that lasting peace, justice, and equality are the foundation of a prosperous society. Our philosophy is grounded in the conviction that every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, free from oppression and discrimination. We are committed to creating a space where voices are heard, human rights are respected, and communities are empowered to actively participate in shaping their future.

We strive to promote a culture of peace through collaboration, dialogue, and understanding, while fostering the values of democracy, inclusion, and social justice. By equipping individuals with the tools they need to advocate for themselves and their communities, we believe we can create a more equitable Liberia, where every citizen has the ability to contribute to positive change.

Our approach is people-centered, community-driven, and grounded in the belief that transformative change can only occur when everyone is included in the process. Together, we work to build a Liberia where rights are upheld, communities thrive, and future generations can live in peace and prosperity.
